What Fleetpass does

Fleetpass stores your vehicle documents, keeps track of the dates you confirm, and emails you before a document expires.

What Fleetpass does not do

• It does not renew anything. Fleetpass does not submit renewals to any government body, agency or insurer, and does not pay fees on your behalf.
• It does not certify that a document is genuine. Fleetpass reads what is on the page. It cannot tell you whether a document is authentic or valid in law.
• It is not legal or compliance advice. Which documents you need is determined by the rules that apply to you, not by Fleetpass's default list.

Details read from documents

When you upload a document, Fleetpass reads details from it automatically. Those details are suggestions. They can be wrong, particularly on a photograph of a worn or handwritten document. Nothing is saved as a fact until you have checked it and confirmed. The values you confirm are the ones Fleetpass uses for reminders.

Your responsibility

The vehicle owner or operator remains responsible for keeping documents current and for meeting any legal obligation. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee: email can be delayed, filtered or fail to arrive, and a reminder can only be as accurate as the date entered. Do not rely on Fleetpass as your only safeguard against a document lapsing.

Beta

Fleetpass is in beta and offered as-is while we test it with early users. Features may change, and interruptions are possible. Keep your original documents; Fleetpass is not an archive of record.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and upload only documents you are entitled to hold. We may suspend an account being used unlawfully. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time — see Privacy.
